This role focuses on proactively reviewing telematics data to detect early warning signs and prevent issues before they escalate. Working with our diagnostic assistant tool, the you will generate structured fault insights and raise proactive engineer notifications to support efficient, planned resolutions.

Please notes that this role is remote and invloves extensive nationwide travelling, with some overnight stays and possible worldwide travel too.

Role Purpose

  • Provide high quality technical support across a wide range of Jungheinrich  products. 
  • Support Jungheinrich Engineers and Technical Specialists with expert backup and problem solving. 
  • Design and deliver professional training courses for both Jungheinrich engineers and external customers.
  • Monitor telematics data to identify trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for proactive intervention. 
  • Develop clear and concise data driven stories that translate telematics insights into actionable operational information. 
  • Generate and issue proactive notifications based on analysed data to support early issue resolution and improved customer outcomes. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Jungheinrich factories and German technical support to maintain accurate information availability via JETI, JUDIT, and SH systems. 
  • Attend new product training sessions in Germany to maintain up to date product knowledge. 
  • Provide technical support both on site and remotely to Jungheinrich personnel, engineers, and customers. 
  • Develop, plan, and deliver scheduled training courses for engineers and customers.
  • Work With diagnostic Assistant to identify trend
  • Create proactive service calls from telematics Data
  • Liaise with Group as to new trends in Telematics data

Experience:

  • Experience working in a technical, diagnostic, or data focused environment is advantageous. 
  • Demonstrable ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings effectively.

Mobility:

  • Full, clean, driving licence essential. 
  • National & European travel as required, candidates need to be flexible on working hours and location.
