Role Purpose:

To drive cadence, output and structure to report into the Managing Director on the on-going business wide initiatives and transformation focus.

Will be working closely with finance and relieve pressure from senior stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

Drive the business and project activity
Support transformation and change programmes
Governance process mapping, process discipline
Acquisition related PMO support
Create professional, high-quality output
Manage cadence, updates, reporting
Maintain project directory, action logs and follow-up notes
Ensure structure organisation and tracking
Identify risks/issues and escalate appropriately.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Managing Director such as call out and working outside of normal working hours (please note that this list is not exhaustive)

Strong PowerPoint and Excel
Process mapping
Governance and PMO fundamentals
Able to work at pace
Financial understanding / able to work with finance heads
Able to demonstrate value creation
Supporting and it-based change heavy programme
Ability to keep projects moving forward to ensure business deadlines are met.

Competencies Required

Ideally private equity experience
Need to have Prince2 experience
Background supporting multiple senior leaders
Able to “bring the data together visually”
Ability to simplify information and provide clarity
Comfortable with IT-led change programmes
Strong PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of Power BI desirable
Able to manage and co-ordinate executive’s board.
