To coordinate, manage and develop Automated Solutions within AWE department.
Develop and implement the sales plan to ensure profitable sales and growth across AWE revenue streams, in line with the sales strategy & financial plan.
Leading the Systems Sales Managers in the achievement of the sales plan and the overall company objectives, whilst delivering high customer service.
Provide effective leadership and performance management that supports and develops people to be able to deliver high levels of performance.

Providing leadership for AWE Team to deliver sales targets & objectives.
Managing the performance and results of each team member and develop their own competence, ensuring the correct skills, knowledge and attitude are achieved and maintained.
Responsible for the health, safety and well-being of all team members.
Short, Mid & long-term planning of to ensure delivery against ambitious growth plans in line with the business strategy.
Achieving performance measures agreed for AWE Sales, such as:
- Order Intake units (WE, VNA and MR)
- Margin development
- New business sector customer acquisition targets
- Cross-selling development
Developing and delivering sales activity to meet the strategic objective of cross selling in AWE (in particular but not limited to Racking, VNA/Auto-VNA, AGVs).
Designing and implementing appropriate customer win strategies to achieve the AWE Sales targets for a given group of identified new customers or products.
Ensuring proactive understanding of our customer and prospect’s requirements.
Supporting national and Regional (R2) sales initiatives.

In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, you may be required to perform other duties assigned by line manager.
